Multi-ingredient Gravimetric Batch Blender
BatchSave® is a highly accurate gravimetric blender that can blend any combination of virgin materials, regrinds, colors, and additives, and it can be either machine-mounted or floor-mounted to use remotely.
Each material is dispensed separately into a weigh hopper to create a batch, then the entire batch discharges into a mixer to produce a homogeneous blend.
- Shorter batch cycle times result in higher throughputs
